Antonio Cardenas

Antonio Cardenas has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Antonio started their career as a Supervisor Respiratory Therapist at the University Health System in 2009 and worked there until 2016. Antonio then transitioned to Doctors Hospital of Laredo, where they held the positions of Director of Cardiopulmonary and Director of Business Development. In 2022, they joined Gonzaba Medical Group as the Chief of Staff. Currently, Antonio is the Health Information & Data Analyst at Gateway Community Health Center Inc. and will soon assume the role of Director of Business Office Operations.

Antonio Cardenas earned a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Texas State University in 2010. Antonio later pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Trinity University, completing their studies in 2019.
