Jose Candanedo

Jose Candanedo has been working in the information technology field for over 25 years. Jose started their career at Gateway Community College as a computer maintenance technician in 1991. Jose then became a programmer analyst and technical support specialist. In 2000, they were promoted to manager of the college's helpdesk. Four years later, they were again promoted, this time to director of information technology. Jose has been in their current role as AVP of Information Technology & Facilities since 2017.

Jose Candanedo has a BSIT from University of Phoenix and an AAS from Gateway Community College.
