Donna Fletcher

Donna Fletcher, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned compensation management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Compensation at Gateway First Bank since 2016, Donna oversees all compensation processes and has developed a comprehensive compensation policy manual. Prior roles include Senior Compensation Analyst at T.D. Williamson, where significant achievements included establishing the first compensation program and improving merit and bonus program efficiencies. Previous experience also includes creating a successful compensation department at Helmerich & Payne, and roles at ONEOK, BOK, and Target, all emphasizing strong analytical skills, process enhancements, and relationship-building in compensation and HR functions. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
