Kirstie A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kirstie began their career in 2010 as a Teaching Assistant at Meadowbank School and continued until 2013. After that, they worked as a Server at Red Robin from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Kirstie joined Texas Roadhouse as a Server and stayed until 2016. In 2016, they also interned at The Guidance Center for a few months. Kirstie then transitioned into the field of pediatric therapy, starting as a Behavior Therapist at Gateway Pediatric Therapy from 2016 to 2017. Kirstie briefly served as a Lead Trainer from July to October 2017, and then became a Facility Manager from October 2017 to March 2018. Since March 2018, Kirstie has been working as a Clinical Development and Strategy Manager at Gateway Pediatric Therapy.

Kirstie A. pursued their education at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Henry Ford College and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In addition to their academic achievements, in August 2016, Kirstie obtained a certification in First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
