Roxanne Rayes has extensive experience in the field of behavioral psychology and applied behavior analysis. With a background in working with children and individuals needing therapy, Roxanne has held various leadership roles in clinical development and internal development at Gateway Pediatric Therapy. Roxanne also has experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and a Behavioral Therapist at different organizations prior to their current role. Roxanne holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Psychology and Sociology from Western Michigan University. Additionally, Roxanne has experience as an intern at the Lewis Walker Institute, where Roxanne contributed to research on race, ethnic relations, and social justice in the Kalamazoo area.
