Garrett Stephenson

Garrett Stephenson has extensive experience in executive recruiting and talent development. Garrett founded and led Gateway Recruiting INC. as its President and CEO, specializing in international executive recruiting. Garrett also worked as a Senior Managing Partner at Gateway Recruiting, focusing on brand and business development. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Partner at Point to Point Consulting, where they developed search strategies and made placements for Fortune 10-Fortune 1000 clients. Garrett also worked at Kane & Associates as a Customer Solutions Manager, where they developed new business relationships and created a recruiting sector. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ratexchange as a Manager of Customer Care, managing relationships and brokering capacity for energy companies. Garrett also worked at RedMeteor as a Manager of Customer Solutions, overseeing network management and participating in Y2K solutions.

Garrett Stephenson attended North Carolina State University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a BA in Communications with a minor in Japanese. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 1995 to 1996, studying General Studies. Additionally, Garrett Stephenson obtained an MSCE certification from Microsoft in 1999.
