Evangeline Cheng is a Senior Software Engineer at Gather since January 2022. Previously worked at Pencil as a Senior Software Engineer where Evangeline architected and led a team of 5 to craft a pixel perfect React frontend and built features in a complex, distributed backend. Prior to that, Evangeline was a Clojure Software Engineer at Entrepreneur First where Evangeline built internal tools that support thousands of entrepreneurs a year. Evangeline also worked as a Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Registrar Intern at SINGAPORE TYLER PRINT INSTITUTE. Evangeline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance from Singapore Management University.
