Heather MacKenzie

Heather MacKenzie currently serves as the Director of Benefits & Team Member Relations at Gathr Outdoors since June 2022, after previously holding the position of Sr. Manager of Total Rewards. Before joining Gathr Outdoors, Heather MacKenzie worked at PrideSports for over 21 years, where the role of Human Resources Manager was undertaken from August 2000 to June 2022. Heather MacKenzie is an alumna of Thomas College.
