Sean Reilly

Sean Reilly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, project management, and education. Currently serving as a Merchant for ORCA Brand at Gathr Outdoors since March 2021, past roles include Product Manager and Operations Manager at Rightline Gear and Klymit, where efficiencies were enhanced through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier experience at Clark Hall Doors and Windows involved redesigning warehouse workflows and leading a team for trade show initiatives. Reilly has also contributed to educational environments as a teacher at various institutions from elementary to middle school levels, and held operational management roles at City Church-Eastside. Academic qualifications include a PMBA from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Practical Theology from Southeastern University.
