Jeff Mihailoff

Jeff Mihailoff's work experience includes various sales positions in the biotech industry. Jeff started their career in 2000 at Cytiva (formerly GE Life Sciences), where they worked for 12 years, selling consumables and capital equipment. During this time, they gained expertise in Biacore SPR, AKTA, Typhoon, and other products.

In 2012, Mihailoff joined ForteBio as a Sales Representative and successfully sold into biotechnology and academic research institutions in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and Canada. Jeff also had cross-functional involvement in marketing and social media activities, as well as onboarding new representatives. Jeff achieved notable accolades such as President's Club in 2014, Rep of the Year in 2016, and President's Club in 2018.

In 2019, Mihailoff moved to Tecan, where they served as a Sales Representative, specializing in providing imaging and detection solutions to research teams in the Northwest.

Most recently, in 2020, they joined Gator Bio as the Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they were the first global salesperson at the startup biotech tools company and successfully grew the company by 400% in the first year. Jeff established a CRM system, built brochures, presentations, quoting tools, and reporting capabilities while also handling forecasting responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Mihailoff has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management in the biotech industry.

Jeff Mihailoff holds a BS degree in Biology from the University of North Florida. Jeff further pursued their education by obtaining an MS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Florida. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Biotechnology from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
