Kenneth Tolley

Head Chef at Gaucho

Kenneth Tolley has an extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Kenneth began their career as a sous chef at Wentworth Club Ltd in 2005 and continued in the same role at Soho House Group from 2009 to 2010. Kenneth then worked as a senior sous chef at Corbin & King from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they became the head chef at Ace Hotel/Atelier Ace, and later served as a senior sous chef at Hawksmoor from 2017 to 2017. In 2018, they worked as a head chef at Living Hospitality Limited and Osteria Wolf, and as a sous chef at Mosimann's. In 2019, they became the senior sous chef at Mosimann's, and now currently holds the position of head chef at Gaucho.

Kenneth Tolley pursued their education in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. From 2000 to 2005, they attended Johnson & Wales University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the field.
