Amos Avnon has three years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have been working as a Mechanical Engineer at Gauzy LTD, where their responsibilities include assessing project requirements, liaising with suppliers, measuring performance of mechanical components, budget evaluating, improving machine performance, providing technical advice, maintaining and modifying equipment, proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD software, undertaking relevant research, performing experiments, supporting transition of product from primarily R&D oriented to delivering mass production, producing and implementing designs and test procedures, writing reports and documentation, and analyzing and interpreting data. From 2012 to 2017, they were the BAR & SHIFT MANAGER at Dallal. Prior to this, they were the Maintenance Manager at MA’AYAN HANEURIM FARM from 2012.

Amos Avnon obtained an Engineer's Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological and Engineering Education Center between 2015 and 2017.
