Katie K.

Katie K. is an experienced product design leader with a strong background in user research and design methodologies. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Arrange, Katie has successfully redesigned the company’s homepage, tripling the conversion rate, and established user research practices. Previously, Katie worked as the Director of Product Design at Crexi, where notable achievements included designing an auction experience for the largest single asset transaction on the internet. Other roles include Senior UX/UI Designer at The Honest Company, where contributions led to a significant increase in organic beauty revenue and the development of the company's first pattern library. Katie also holds a User Experience Certificate from UCLA and has a Master’s degree in Painting & Drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
