Kok-Chye Ong

Kok-Chye Ong is currently working as the Managing Director & Head of Data Centre (ex China) at Gaw Capital since July 2021. Previously, they served as the Senior Vice President/ Head of Investments, Data Centre at Keppel Data Centres from October 2014 to July 2021. Kok-Chye also held various roles within Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation, Keppel Corporation, Singtel, Optus, Stanford Club Singapore, and Arthur Andersen & Co. throughout their career.

Kok-Chye Ong has a Master of Science degree in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which was obtained from 2006 to 2007. Kok-Chye also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, obtained from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their academic degrees, Kok-Chye Ong has obtained the designation of FCPA (Fellow of CPA Australia) from CPA Australia. Kok-Chye is also a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. In November 2019, they achieved the milestone of 20 years of membership with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
