Rebecca Peetz

Rebecca Peetz has over two decades of work experience in the field of human resources. Rebecca'smost recent role is as the Director of HR at Sun Auto Tire & Service, where they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Enterprise as a Human Resources Manager - IT from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they collaborated on the strategic vision for diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellness, and led a team responsible for HR systems and programming.

Rebecca also has extensive experience at AutoZone, where they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2021. In this role, they managed various HR functions for 104 stores and provided executive coaching to leadership staff. Before that, they worked at Spectrum Brands as a Human Resources Manager and at Charter Communications as a Human Resources Representative. Rebecca'searly career includes an internship at Walt Disney World, where they studied hospitality and customer service and later served as a Campus Representative with marketing and recruiting responsibilities.

Rebecca Peetz holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In 2009, they obtained a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
