Chris Dissanayake

Chris Dissanayake has been working in the railway industry for over three decades, starting as a Signal Box Boy in British Rail. chris has progressed through various roles, including Secondman at British Rail, Passenger Train Driver/Instructor at Southeastern Railway, and Driver Instructor at Serco Railtest. Currently, chris is a Train Manager at GBRf, where chris drives different types of traction including freight and passenger locomotives. Additionally, Chris also works as a Train Driver at Dbschenker, driving Network Rail test trains across the United Kingdom. Throughout their career, chris has maintained a high level of professionalism and safety standards in all their roles.
