Luke Higgins

Luke Higgins has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2013. Luke started their career at Caterpillar Inc. as an IT Analyst, providing desktop support across the EAME and AP region. In 2015, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Application Support Analyst on the Rolls-Royce Account and a Change Management Analyst on the DWP account. In 2017, they moved to SaleCycle as an AWS Cloud Engineer and an Application Support Analyst. In 2021, they became a Cloud Solution Architect at Cybit, and in 2022 they took on the role of Cloud Operations Lead at GB Bank.

Luke Higgins obtained their Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business Computing from the University of Sunderland in 2015. Luke has also obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2021, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2022, and an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
