Fabian Yap is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various organizations across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Regional HR Business Partner at GBG Plc since December 2020, Fabian has held significant HR roles at Honeywell, Tien Wah Press Holdings Bhd, British American Shared Services Asia Pacific, UOB Bank Bhd, and RHB Banking Group. With a robust background in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition, Fabian has developed expertise in managing full-spectrum HR functions. Academically, Fabian holds an MBA in International Business from the Graduate School of Management at UPM, a Certified NLP Practitioner credential from the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming, and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Human Development and Business Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
