Jennifer Ostapiak has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent position is as the Vice President of People and Culture at GBS Corp, which they started in June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at GBS Corp from February 2018 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for organizational development, policies, programs, and processes, as well as providing strategic and tactical development for the executive management team.
Before their role as Executive Director, Jennifer was the Human Resource Manager at GBS Corp from January 2014 to June 2021. Jennifer led and assisted in the development and implementation of personnel policies and programs, supported the management team with employee relations needs, and administered performance management and compensation programs.
Jennifer also has experience at GBS Corp as a Human Resource Generalist from October 2011 to January 2014. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at GBS Corp from October 2016 onwards, where they partnered with the VP of HR in planning and operations, employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and regulatory compliance. Jennifer contributed to the development and implementation of a strategic HR plan.
Prior to their time at GBS Corp, Jennifer worked as an Employment Consultant at Career Assessment Systems from June 2009 to November 2011. Jennifer started their career in 1996 as an Office Manager at a private dental practice, where they worked until April 2008.
Jennifer Ostapiak attended Canfield High School. After graduating from high school, they went on to study at Youngstown State University. At Youngstown State University, Jennifer pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Human Resources.
