Eric Spencer is currently the Chief Investment Officer at GBT Realty, where Eric also holds the title of Managing Director of Investments and Vice President of Investments and Strategic Planning. Prior to their current role, Eric held various leadership positions at Jamestown, JLL, AYREP, ACG Professionals, and CWCapital Asset Management, gaining extensive experience in real estate investment, asset management, analytics, and client development. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University, Eric's career has been marked by their keen analytical skills and commitment to delivering results in the real estate industry.
