Kelsey Westrick

Kelsey Westrick, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR People Business Partner at Safelite AutoGlass since November 2018. In this role, Kelsey collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, promotes organizational culture, and drives talent acquisition and retention initiatives. Kelsey previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing recruiting programs and staffing strategies. Kelsey also served as an HR Generalist at Rohrer Corporation, managing a wide range of HR functions and benefits administration. Earlier experience includes a University Relations Intern role at The Timken Company and an HR Intern position at Rohrer Corporation. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Akron.
