Zach Guren

Zachary Guren serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at GBX Group LLC since February 2019, focusing on the preservation and operation of historic real estate in urban markets to foster community revitalization and economic growth. Previously, Guren held the position of Development Manager at First Interstate Properties from October 2011 to February 2019, overseeing development processes and evaluating potential sites for future projects. Early career roles included Environmental Analyst at ACE Group and internships at the University of Pennsylvania and Greenable, providing a strong foundation in urban planning and environmental studies. Guren holds a Master of City Planning in Urban Development and a Master of Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Psychology, and Physics from the University of Michigan.
