Lisa Santoro

Lisa Santoro has extensive experience in the insurance claims industry, currently serving as a Project Estimator at GC3 since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Raphael & Associates as a Senior Claims Examiner, focusing on the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of complex commercial insurance claims. Lisa's career also includes significant roles at CSAA Insurance Group, where contributions included supervision of large loss homeowners claims and coaching employees in individual development. Earlier experience at Farmers Insurance involved investigating homeowner property claims and negotiating settlements. Lisa's expertise encompasses claims management, negotiation, coaching, and compliance with insurance regulations.
