Ben Little

Ben Little has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ben currently works as an OSP Field Engineer at Great Plains Communications. Prior to this, they were employed at Pearce Services as a Road Project Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and planning fiber and copper telephony projects. Before that, they worked at CenturyLink for over 20 years, holding various roles including Fiber Network Planner, Senior Fiber Engineer, Senior Field Engineer, and Design Services Field Engineer. At CenturyLink, they were involved in the design, planning, and management of fiber projects, as well as representing the company in public hearings and meetings. Earlier in their career, they worked at US West in network administration, overseeing outside plant technicians and handling cable modem installations and troubleshooting.

Ben Little attended Grossmont College from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration.
