Khalaf al Masaeed

Khalaf Al Masaeed is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Chief Business Development Officer at GCC LAB since January 2023, Khalaf previously worked at Aramco from January 2022 to January 2023 in Downstream International Affiliates Affairs, focusing on EU/UK Market JV Management. Khalaf's tenure at PRefChem from May 2018 to May 2022 as General Manager Commercial & Supply Chain involved driving commercial strategies and leading Joint Ventures with Aramco and Petronas. Prior roles at Saudi Aramco included planning consultant, division head for Power Investment, and other key positions, where Khalaf contributed to strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational improvements. Khalaf holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from King AbdulAziz University.
