Robert Segal currently serves as SVP Client Success at GCG Companies and ADVATIX, and as SVP Client Success and General Manager at Archway Marketing Services. With a track record of turning around underperforming business units, Robert has led significant improvements in profitability and operational efficiency, including full P&L ownership and the introduction of rigorous budgeting processes. Prior roles include Director of Business Operations at Brightstar Corp., where Robert spearheaded initiatives that generated substantial EBITDA and co-led the implementation of advanced technologies in supply chain operations. Robert is the founder of qception and has held various managerial and consulting positions, showcasing expertise in business strategy, supply chain management, and operational transformations across multiple industries. Robert holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
