Joachim Heckenroth

Joachim Heckenroth is a Corporate Director Food & Beverage at GCH Hotel Group. Joachim is responsible for developing strategies and executing activities to drive financial results, ensuring guest satisfaction, and enhancing food & beverage products and services for all affiliated brands. Joachim works closely with the Area Vice Presidents and other business-related departments, maintaining updated SOPs, monitoring overall performance, and providing leadership and knowledge architecture to all hotels. Joachim also represents GCH Hotel Group in meetings, develops strategic relationships with suppliers/vendors, and coordinates all F&B communications within the hotels. Joachim reports directly to the CEO.
