Nandipha Mbikwana

Nandipha Mbikwana has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nandipha started their career in 2000 as a Follow-up clerk at Morkels Credit Hub and continued until 2002. In 2004, they worked as a Bookseller & Till Operator at Juta Bookshop until 2005. Nandipha then worked as a Statitian Collector at Social Services for a few months in 2005. Finally, since 2012, they have been employed at GCIS as an Assistant Director in the Parliamentary Office.

Nandipha Mbikwana attended the University of Fort Hare with Palama (School of Governance) in 2013, where they completed an Advanced Management Development Programme in Public Management.

Prior to that, they studied at Cape Technikon from 1998 to 2002, earning a Diploma in Library & Information Studies.

In 1996 to 1997, Nandipha Mbikwana attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they obtained a Diploma in IT.

In addition to their formal education, Nandipha Mbikwana has obtained various certifications. In 2012, they earned a certification in Project Management from Imsimbi Training. In 2008, they received a Certificate in Basic Principles of Public Relations from Provox Centre for Public Relations & Communications. In 2007, they completed a course on Managing Customer Service Excellence at Stellenbosch University. In 2006, they obtained certifications in Communication Skills in Customer Care, Self-Development and Management Skills for Women in the Public and Private Sectors, and The introductory Capacity Building Course for Population Practitioners on Integrated Development Planning. In 2001, Nandipha Mbikwana completed a Leadership Managing Conflicts and Negotiation course at Cape Technikon, and in 2000, they finished The Peer Help Training Programme, also at Cape Technikon.
