Rolanda Wang

Rolanda Wang's work experience begins in 2016 as an Assistant Teacher at Asian American LEAD (AALEAD). In 2018, they worked briefly as a Canvasser at both Maryland PIRG and ENVIRONMENT MARYLAND. Later in 2018, they became an Account Associate at WeddingWire. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an HR/Admin Recruiter at HireStrategy, where they focused on networking with candidates and providing professional advice for career moves. In 2021, Rolanda joined Equinox as a Commission Sales Associate. Rolanda then moved to MYTA Technologies, where they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2021 to 2022, actively seeking candidates for IT and Technology Services roles. Currently, starting in November 2022, Rolanda serves as the Talent Operations Lead at GCyber.

Rolanda Wang attended the University of Miami from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology during their time at the University of Miami.
