Rahul Kapoor

Rahul Kapoor is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in operations and business management. Currently serving as General Manager at GDB International, Inc. since March 2023, Rahul focuses on environmental sustainability and the recycling of metals, paper, plastics, paint, and battery waste on a global scale. Prior to this, Rahul held the position of General Manager (Business Head) at Genesis Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from May 2010 to July 2018. Rahul has also worked as Operations Manager at Mphasis, where responsibilities included on-site client assessments and business process optimization from January 2009 to May 2010. Earlier career roles include Assistant Manager Operations at Aegis Communications, managing client relationships and operations, and Process Specialist at G.E Capital. Rahul holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Bangalore University and a Diploma in Exports/Imports Management from the Foreign Trade Development Center.
