Disnei Baptista Rodrigues Junior has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Disnei started their career as a consultant at Extra Life, where they worked in computer sales for a short period. After that, they joined Unisys/Datacomp as a service provider, responsible for maintaining Dell equipment for large companies in São Paulo.

Disnei then worked as an analyst at Aster Produtos Médicos, where they provided support and maintenance for Windows servers and backup tools. Following this, they worked in American BankNote as a support analyst, responsible for infrastructure sustainability and server management.

In 2008, Rodrigues joined IBM as a storage analyst, specializing in data security for international clients. Disnei worked with backup administration for Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Citrix servers, ensuring compliance with IBM and client security policies.

From 2010 to 2015, they served as a support coordinator at Alberflex, where they managed IT projects and operations, including ticket management and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.

Most recently, Rodrigues worked at GDC Technology Limited as a field system engineer. Disnei was trained in Burbank, California, and became an expert in theater management systems and GDC servers. Disnei provided troubleshooting support, conducted training sessions across Brazil, and served as a liaison between Brazil and the USA.
