Mike Cole

Mike Cole has extensive work experience in the field of Business Development and Account Management. Mike currently holds the position of Director - Strategic Accounts at GDH since November 2023. Prior to this, Mike served as the Vice President of Business Development at Advanced Recruiting Partners from May 2023 to December 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Client Account Director at Manpower from November 2022 to May 2023. From 2011 to 2022, Mike held various roles at ettain group, including Regional Director, General Manager, and Senior Business Development Manager. Mike also worked as a Senior Account Executive at Digital Intelligence Systems from 2009 to 2011, and as a District Manager Major Accounts at ADP from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Mike served as a Senior Business Development Manager at Ettain Group from 2007 to 2008, and as a Senior Account Executive at Aerotek Professional Services from 1995 to 2006.

Mike Cole received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from East Carolina University, which they attended from 1990 to 1994.
