Cathy Novy

Cathy Novy, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Cathy began their career in 1992 as the Vice President of Human Resources at United Feather & Down, a position they held for almost 20 years. In 2011, they joined Kustom Seating Unlimited, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources before moving on to GDI Integrated Facility Services a year later. At GDI, they served as the Director of Human Resources & Safety, the National Director of Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety USA, the Vice President of Human Resources - USA, and currently holds the position of SVP People & Culture, Business Services. Throughout their career, Cathy has demonstrated expertise in various areas of human resources and has contributed significantly to the organizations they have worked for.
