Ross Manley has a diverse work experience in the facility services industry. Ross currently holds the position of SVP Estimation, Innovation, and Process Optimization at GDI Integrated Facility Services since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ICS Facility Services from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they provided turn-key building operational solutions to various real estate asset managers and property management firms in Canada. Before ICS, Ross held the role of VP Canada East at Alpine Building Maintenance from 2015 to 2018. Ross also worked as the COO at Innovative Group from 2012 to 2015 and was the VP Corporate Development at GDI Integrated Facility Services from 2008 to 2012. Ross started their career as a Consultant at ISS in 2006 and later served as a Shareholder, Director, and General Manager at Jensen and Rothville Ltd / Cleaning Plus Ltd from 1998 to 2006. Ross was also a Partner at Executive Solutions Ltd from 1994 to 1998 and worked as an Operations Manager at Spotless Plastics Ltd from 1992 to 1994.
Ross Manley attended the University of Auckland from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
