Charu Mittra

Charu Mittra serves as the Global Head of Leadership Development at Siemens since March 2025, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities and talent acceleration within the organization. Previously, Charu was the Global Head of Talent Development at Philips from July 2021 to March 2025, where leadership in aligning talent strategies with business objectives was key. In earlier roles, Charu led the HR Business Partner team at PVH Corp, executed workforce transformation strategies at Deloitte, and contributed to talent management at BMW Group. Charu holds an MBA in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute.
