William Jiang

William Jiang has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and project management. William worked at various companies, including GDS Services Ltd., LONGFOR Group, Rose Rock Group, CITIC Real Estate Co., Ltd., Microsoft (China) Ltd., Sino Scandinavian Building Adviser (Beijing) Co., Ltd., SIEMENS Building Technology (Tian Jin) Ltd., and China Overseas Construction Ltd.

In their most recent role as the Chief Engineer of Project Supervision at GDS Services Ltd., they supervised project teams in different regions of China and ensured quality and safety control of construction projects. Prior to that, they served as the MEP director in the Research and Design Department at LONGFOR Group, where they managed the development of commercial projects in multiple cities.

Throughout their career, William Jiang has held various positions such as Engineering Manager, MEP Director, Construction Manager, and MEP Manager. William has been responsible for managing MEP design, coordinating project management, overseeing quality and progress of MEP systems, and liaising with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

William Jiang obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in HVAC from Tianjin University from 1986 to 1990. William also received a Certificate in Project Management of foreign capital-invested project from the same university during the same time period. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications including LEED AP (BD+C) from USGBC in 2014, National Certificate of Grade 1 Construction Professional (MEP) from the Ministry of Construction P. R. China in 2004, and Senior HVAC Engineer from China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) in 2003.
