Ganesh B B V has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Ganesh began their career at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they worked as a Senior Project Assistant, specifically focusing on solid and hybrid propellant formulation and experimental evaluation. Ganesh then joined National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore as a Project Fellow, where they conducted mechanical design, parameterization, optimization, and coupled thermal structural analysis of turbo machinery disks for Small Gas Turbine Engine (SGTE). Ganesh also evaluated burst and overspeed margins and estimated low cycle and high cycle fatigue life for turbine disks.

Ganesh later joined QuEST Global as an FEA Engineer-Aero Engines. During this time, they worked on various engine parts, such as GEnx, GE9x, P20, CF 34 LPT, and HPC parts. Ganesh'sresponsibilities included component capability assessment, creep assessment, and active clearance control system.

Ganesh then transitioned into Bharat Forge Ltd, where they served as an Assistant Manager - Turbomachinery. In this role, they focused on the design and development of turbomachinery components, including new product development.

After that, Ganesh joined MAN Energy Solutions as a Senior Engineer- Rotordynamics and blade mechanics. Here, they contributed in the field of rotordynamics and blade mechanics.

Currently, they are working as a Lead Engineer at GE Aerospace, utilizing their skills and expertise in the aerospace industry.

Ganesh B B V received a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering from the same university from 2009 to 2013. Their secondary education was completed at St Ann's High School from 1993 to 2007. Ganesh B B V has also acquired several additional certifications, including Foundations of Project Management from Google, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Garrett - Advancing Motion, and AS9100 Rev D from Udemy, among others.
