Jim Laverty

Jim Laverty is a seasoned professional in the field of intellectual property and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Patent Engineer at GE Aerospace since July 2022, Jim previously held roles as an Intellectual Property Specialist and Assistant Product Manager at Dorman Products from March 2013 to July 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Internet Sales Consultant at Car Sense from June 2008 to March 2013, and serving as BDC Sales Manager at Fred Beans Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and Mitsubishi from June 2007 to June 2008, where Jim transformed the internet department into a Business Development Center. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
