Maureen Butler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on data transformation and management. Maureen began their career at W.W. Grainger, where they developed and governed customer data to improve operations. Later, at Honeywell, they led the establishment of an enterprise-wide master data management practice and business process management practice. Maureen also served as Vice President of Business Excellence for Honeywell's Home & Building Technologies division. Butler then joined Tyson Foods as Vice President of Master Data Management before moving to GE Aviation as VP Digital Technology Lean and Data Transformation. Throughout their career, they have driven financial benefits, facilitated business transformations, and successfully integrated acquisitions.
Maureen Butler obtained a CDO Certification in Chief Data Officer from MIT Professional Education in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing Strategy from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management between 1998 and 2000. Their undergraduate degree in Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts (BA), was completed at Loyola University Chicago from 1985 to 1990.
