Sean M. Murphy

Sean M. Murphy is an experienced executive leader currently serving as the Head of Global Workforce Administration at GE Aerospace since January 2024, focusing on HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle services. Prior to this role, Murphy was the Head of Global TA Operations at GE and held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Raytheon Technologies. With a career spanning over two decades, expertise includes strategic development in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and executive governance in both corporate and operational settings, including previous roles at Collins Aerospace and Allegis Group. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in Leadership/Business Strategy from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, Murphy serves as a Board Member for the Hartford Chapter of TALK since August 2019.
