Victor Polanco

Victor Polanco is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at GE Aviation since September 2019, Victor managed the architecture and reimplementation of a legacy application to enhance employee transfer processes within the aviation sector. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Facebook, where involvement in the Feed Machine Learning Team focused on automated feature engineering pipelines, and a Senior Software Engineer Consultant for Ford Motor Company, working on autonomous vehicle interfaces. Victor also held positions at Gold Coast IT, Wellington Management, RCMA, and Okkralabs, consistently demonstrating proficiency in full development cycles and Agile methodologies.
