Paul Hengesbach

Paul Hengesbach has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Paul started their career at Guardian Industries as a Process Engineer COOP. Then, they worked as a Printhead Design Engineer at Eastman Kodak. Later, they joined Caterpillar as a Mechanical Engineer. After that, they joined Cummins Inc. and held multiple positions including Lead Design Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer - Hedgehog Gas Power Generation, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Currently, they are working at GE Appliances, a Haier company, where they have held roles such as Senior Design Engineer, Senior Design and Program Manager, Principal Program Manager, and currently, they are serving as the Engineering Program Director.

Paul Hengesbach completed their Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (BME) degree from the University of Dayton from 1998 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the same university between 2004 and 2006.
