Sierra Davis

Sierra Davis, CCEP® has an extensive professional background spanning multiple industries. Sierra began their career as a Consultant at Accenture in 2001 and then joined GE Capital in 2003, where they completed the Financial Management Program. In 2005, they moved to GE Appliances, taking on roles including Sales Finance Analyst, Field Sales Representative, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Sierra transitioned to Procter & Gamble in 2008 as an Assistant Brand Manager before returning to GE Appliances in 2010. Since then, they have held various roles, including Market Development Manager, Program Manager for ERP Pricing, Manager for Commercial Policies, and Senior Commercial Operations Manager. In 2018, they became the Global Compliance Ombudsperson, and they currently serve as the Director of Compliance & Integrity for GE Appliances, a Haier company. Sierra Davis has a strong background in compliance, integrity, commercial operations, and market development.

Sierra Davis, CCEP®, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Dayton, which was obtained in 2001. Prior to that, Sierra completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the same university in 2000. Additionally, Sierra holds certifications such as the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), obtained in October 2019, and certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and Financial Management Program obtained in 2008 and 2005 respectively.
