Prior to this, Troy LaPlante held various positions at ZENON Environmental Inc., including Supervisor of Project Management, Project Manager, and Project Engineer from April 1998 to June 2006. Troy LaPlante holds a Master of Science in Engineering, specializing in Environmental Engineering, from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Western University.
