Aaron Thibault

Aaron Thibault is the VP of Strategic Operations at Gearbox Software. Aaron has also worked as the Deputy Director and Lecturer at The Guildhall at SMU, Lobos Golf Booster Club, North Central Texas Workforce Development Board, and UT-Austin IC2 Institute, Digital Media CoLab, IAT (ARL/RDECOM). Aaron has been in the video game industry since 1998 and has worked as a sound designer, cinematic director & animator, and external producer.

Aaron Thibault attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they received a BS in Communication/RTF with a focus in Film & Digital Media. Aaron also attended Jesse H. Jones Vanguard High School in Houston, TX. Aaron has a certification from SoloLearn in JavaScript.

They work with Dan Hewitt - Chief Communications Officer, Enanga Kange - Global Head of HR, and Mark DeDecker - Chief of Staff. Aaron Thibault reports to Randy Pitchford, Founder & President.
