Enanga Kange

Enanga Kange is the Global Head of HR at Gearbox Software. Enanga has extensive experience in human resources and has held senior positions at several companies.

Enanga began their career at HR Pursuits, where they were the Executive Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for developing and leading all HR strategies across twenty-eight states and the US Virgin Islands.

Enanga then went on to work for Sherwin-Williams as the Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were responsible for regional HR business strategy.

Most recently, they were the Regional Human Resources and Safety Manager at Landsberg Orora. In this role, they were responsible for regional HR business strategy and change management.

Enanga Kange has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the same school.

Enanga Kange works with Aaron Thibault - VP of Strategic Operations, Jenna Hardy - CFO, and Mark DeDecker - Chief of Staff. Enanga Kange reports to Randy Pitchford, Founder & President.
