Amrutraj Patil

Amrutraj Patil is a DevOps Architect at Gearset. Amrutraj has extensive experience in leading DevOps teams and spearheading DevOps practices for large transformation programmes. Prior to joining Gearset, they worked as a Senior Salesforce DevOps Consultant at Close Brothers from November 2019 to November 2020. Amrutraj then took on the role of Salesforce Environments and DevOps Lead at BAT from November 2020 to December 2021.

Patil began their career as a Salesforce Solution Assurance and DevOps Tech at British American Tobacco from September 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they served as the Design Authority for Salesforce Development Lifecycle, DevOps and Environment Management. Amrutraj was responsible for overseeing, providing guidance and technical leadership to the operational deployment and environment management activities performed by the programme DevOps team. Amrutraj also inputted guidance and feedback on software release activities performed by the programme Development teams.

In addition, Patil contributed to the development of the programmes Salesforce Centre of Excellence (COE) governance model. Amrutraj has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to any organisation, with their wealth of knowledge and experience in DevOps practices.
