Magaly Fidelis

Magaly Fidelis has extensive experience in IT support and service management, currently serving as Responsable Support Informatique at Gecina since June 2018. Previously, Magaly held the position of IT Service Desk Manager at Lagardère Travel Retail from March 2015 to March 2018. Prior roles include Coordinatrice Helpdesk at Michael Page from April 2012 to March 2015, as well as similar positions at BNP Paribas and Natixis. Magaly completed a degree in Technicien systèmes et réseaux at INSTA from 1999 to 2001.
