Leonardo Sposito Coutinho has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they were a Project Consultant at FCAP JR. Consultoria, where they were responsible for solving customer problems and boosting results. Leonardo used BPMN language and SIPOC and SLA methodology to map processes, as well as describe roles and map organizational culture. In 2019, they were the Expansion Director at FEJEPE, where they were responsible for developing strategies to expand the number of Junior Enterprises of the Junior Enterprise Movement in Pernambuco. Leonardo also led a group of 5 people, with impact in more than 700 junior entrepreneurs. In 2021, they worked as a Community Analyst at Terracotta Ventures, where they were responsible for developing the strategy and the action plans to attract startups to Terracotta's Venture Hub (MITHUB). Leonardo also assisted in developing the associated startups through events, personalized mentorship, and connection with the MITHUB sponsors. Finally, in 2022, they began working as an Educational Sales Consultant at Geekie.

Leonardo Sposito Coutinho has a comprehensive education history. Leonardo completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Universidade de Pernambuco between 2016 and 2021, with a field of study in Business Administration. Leonardo is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial and Sales Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they started in 2021.
