Customer Care Executive at Geek+

Natalie Leung's work experience includes roles in customer service and hospitality. Natalie began their career as a Food Server at Sushi Takasei in 2004 and later worked as a Student Intern at Panash Cafe in 2005. Natalie then joined the airline company, 國泰航空, in 2007 where they first served as a Customer Service Representative before becoming a Customer Service Officer and eventually a Customer Service Leader. In 2020, they transitioned to APM Monaco as a Customer Care Associate and currently works as a Customer Care Executive at Geek+.

Natalie Leung attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
